薛闯,教授、博士生导师,教育部长江学者奖励计划青年学者,国家XX计划项目指南编制专家,SCI期刊Front Bioeng Biotech副主编,中国化工学会生物化工专委会常务委员、辽宁省微生物学会副理事长等职务。从事合成生物学、生物质能源、生物制药和膜制备及分离的研究,与国投生物、中国石化等十余家企业开展合作。在Nano Letters、Biotechnology Advances等期刊发表SCI论文50余篇,影响因子大于10的论文4篇,ESI热点论文1篇和ESI高被引论文2篇,授权中国发明专利14项,美国发明专利1项。获中国可再生能源学会科技进步一等奖(排1),第48届日内瓦国际发明展金奖(排1),BESS个人成就奖(新加坡生物能源学会),辽宁省学术头雁,辽宁省自然科学二等奖(排1),辽宁省自然科学成果一等奖(排1);全国商业科技进步奖一等奖(排3);首批“兴辽英才计划”青年拔尖人才,辽宁省高等学校创新人才支持计划,第十届“侯德榜化工科学技术奖”青年奖,中国可再生能源学会科学技术人物奖-优秀青年科技人才,辽宁省优秀科技工作者。多次担任国际会议分会场主席,并在国际会议上做大会报告和keynote报告多次。
