个人简历

研究方向植物基因工程: 探寻、发现并克隆重要的基因;借助过表达、沉默等技术掌握基因的特性及功能;合理、有效地利用功能基因服务于农业生产和人民生活。植物与微生物互作: 查明有害(有益)细菌、真菌、病毒等在侵染植物过程中的作用机制,为确保植物健康、快速生长奠定基础。非编码RNA调控与功能: 鉴定植物非编码RNA,阐明其功能及作用机制;通过非编码RNA组学的研究,构建并完善相关调控网络;为揭示生命的奥秘添砖加瓦。"功能基因组学(Functional Genomics)植物-微生物互作(Plant-Microbe Interactions)生物信息学(Bioinformatics)主要从事植物-微生物互作、分子植物育种、生物信息学等方面的研究"近期论文
