个人简历


个人简介
博士、教授、博士生导师,硕士生导师,院士研究团队核心成员。获得辽宁省“百千万人才工程”称号,江西省“井冈之星”青年科学家。2009年韩国ChungnamNationalUniversity食品科学专业博士毕业。2013至2014年加拿大UniversityofSaskatchewan从事博士后工作。2009年9月进入南昌大学生命科学与食品工程学院食品科学与技术国家重点实验室进行教学科研工作。2018年5月份调入大连工业大学国家海洋食品工程技术研究中心。
主要成果
近年来在JournalofFunctionalFood,JournalofAgriculturalandFoodChemistry,FoodChemistry.,Chem.Pharm.Bull.,Biol.Pharm.Bull.,FoodSci.Biotechnol.等国内外学术期刊发表学术论文100余篇(其中SCI收录60篇,1区13篇),近3年来SCI累计他引次数达到300多次。申请公开国家发明专利8项,已授权3项。参编由美国农业部ChingT.Hou教授主编的著作《BiocatalysisandBiomolecularEngineering》,参编十三五国家规划教材《食品营养学》。2015年获邀参加韩国食品协会举办的国际功能食品会议InternationalConferenceonFoodFactors,并获得TravelGrantAward奖项;2009年获得美国AOCS协会颁发“CertificateofMerit”奖。
科研项目
自2009年9月博士毕业回国后,先后主持“十三五国家重点研发计划”课题,2项国家自然科学基金(面上基金1项,地区基金1项),主持1项全国高校博士点基金、1项博士后基金特别资助,1项博士后基金面上资助,1项江西省自然基金以及1项江西省科技攻关专项重点项目等,作为课题骨干成员参与“十三五”国家重点研发计划“油脂与蛋白高功能性增值产品绿色制造研发与示范”项目研究。
