个人简历
刘长青,生物科学系副主任,教授,博士,硕士生导师,主要研究方向为干细胞诱导分化与移植治疗。2017年-2018年在美国康涅狄格大学健康中心(UCONN)Xinming Ma教授实验室从事访问学者研究工作,利用人体诱导性的多能干细胞(iPSCs)研究人的精神分裂症(schizophrenia)发生的分子机制;2014年1月-5月在美国Bridgeport大学访问学者,从事干细胞功能基因组、干细胞诱导分化与组织修复研究。2008年-2017年在蚌埠医学院,从事小分子化合物诱导多能干细胞(神经前体细胞),移植治疗帕金森动物模型(大鼠/小型猪)的分子机制研究。2008年6月在中国海洋大学与中国农业科学院联合培养获理学博士学位,主要进行胚胎干细胞、骨髓间充质干细胞、神经干细胞培养与移植治疗等研究工作,相关成果被评为2006年国内十大科技新闻。近5年来主持承担或完成国家自然科学基金项目2项,安徽省自然科学基金项目1项,安徽省教育厅优秀青年人才基金重点项目1项,安徽省教育厅高校领军人才引进与培育计划项目1项,国家科技基础条件平台建设项目子课题1项,在《Journal of Pineal Research》、《Int. J. Biol.Sci》、《Int. J. Mol. Sci》、《BioMed Research International》、《Gene》、《Cryobiology》、《Cell Biology International》等期刊发表SCI论文26篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者发表19篇,获中国农业科学院科技成果一等奖1项,制定国家标准1项,国家第八届安徽省自然科学优秀学术论文评选二等奖、三等奖各1项,获安徽省教学成果二等奖1项,蚌埠医学院教学成果一等奖1项,参与出版学术论著1部,实验教材3部。研究领域
