Kevin spent his childhood in Zhuhai, and was then educated in Beijing, Hong Kong and U.S. He received his Ph.D. degree in electronic and computer engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). He has worked in residential college and student affairs for many years. He is one of the founding members of the Pilot Residential College Program at the University of Macau. Over the years, Kevin has successfully initiated and organized a wide range of whole-person education programs for students.Kevin is keen to student development, service-learning, and residential college development, and he is a firm believer that residential college is an ideal living and learning community to facilitate students’ whole-person development.Kevin is a person with broad interests, such as travelling, reading, economics, finance, moral philosophy, and social issues. He is a big fan of sports, especially swimming, basketball, and running.
