个人简介

1994年获安徽大学理学学士学位,1997年及2000年分别获中国科学院等离子体物理研究所理学硕士和博士学位。曾先后在中国科学技术大学、新加坡南洋理工大学从事教学和科学研究工作。现为安徽大学物理与材料科学学院教授、博士生导师、安徽省信息材料与器件重点实验室主任。
