主要学习工作经历2001年安徽师范大学获学士学位,2006年安徽师范大学获硕士学位,2010年安徽师范大学获博士学位。2012年至2013年在国外做访问学者。2018年至2019年在国外做访问学者。2001年至今在安徽师范大学生命科学学院工作。
研究领域
(1)以淡水中常见的周期性孤雌生殖轮虫和专性孤雌生殖轮虫为对象,运用分子系统学、种群遗传学和谱系地理学等方法研究轮虫谱系间系统发生关系和种群遗传结构,揭示轮虫种群遗传分化的时空格局及其演化历程,探讨环境对轮虫种群结构的影响及作用机理;(2)以轮虫为研究对象,采用高通量测序、实时定量PCR技术和RACE技术等,探究轮虫有关基因在特定环境下的差异表达和适应性进化,从而揭示轮虫的物种形成、种群分化、生态适应和快速进化等机制;(3)以轮虫为受试生物,探究环境中的敏感风险物质对水生生物的毒理生态学效应和机制;(4)本人还致力于受损水生态系统(如黑臭水体)的健康风险评价与生态修复,为水环境综合治理提供技术支撑。
