个人简介

孙柯，男，出生于1988年，博士，讲师。主要研究方向为农产品快速检测。2018年获得南京农业大学博士学位，2018年7月起在安徽师范大学环境科学与工程学院从事教学科研工作。一、主要学习、工作经历：1、学习经历2007.9-2011.7陕西师范大学，食品科学与工程，获学士学位2011.9-2014.6江苏大学，农产品加工及贮藏工程，获硕士学位2014.9-2018.6南京农业大学，食品科学与工程，获博士学位2、工作经历2018.7至今安徽师范大学，环境科学与工程学院，讲师二、主要讲授课程：《工程制图I》《工程制图II》《食品工程原理》《食品实验设计与统计》
