个人简介
孟祥勇, 男,博士、副教授、硕士生导师。主要研究领域为食品大分子与健康食品、食品生物加工、调味品及可食用农业资源加工新技术等。主持国家自然科学基金、安徽省自然科学基金等国家、省部级项目7项,参与十三五重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等省部级项目5项;发表SCI等国内外高水平论文40余篇;申请发明专利30余项,获得授权发明专利22项;多次受邀参加国际学术会议;获江苏省科技进步奖二等奖、中国商业联合会科技进步奖一等奖、中国轻工业联合会科技进步奖以及技术发明奖二等奖、中国食品工业协会科学技术奖一等奖等省部级奖励10项;入选安徽省组织部高层次人才计划,中国粮油学会青年人才。现兼任中国粮油学会,安徽省食品行业协会,安徽省农产品加工技术协会干燥技术专家委员会及美国食品科学技术学会、华美食品学会会员;担任Trends in Food Science & Technology, Food Chemistry, Carbohydrate Polymers, Food Microbiology, Postharvest Biology and Technology, Food and Bioprocess Technology, Journal of Food Process Engineering等期刊审稿人。
