锂离子电池材料:以材料的控制合成为基础,研究第四周期金属化合物纳米结构材料的储能机制,电化学过程和储能相变过程以及其对材料性能的影响。(1)材料物相、成分和形貌的可控合成与表征;(2)材料储锂过程中的相变和电化学过程;(3)材料储锂性能与材料结构的关系。 能量转换相关材料:IV-VI族材料SnS、GeS、SnSe、GeSe是窄带隙半导体,其光谱吸收范围可以覆盖整个可见光区间(400-800 nm),通过设计并合成具有特殊二维结构的材料可以有效提高其载流子传输性能,并最终将材料应用于光电子领域,如光电转换器件和光电开关等。
