个人简介
张华建,女,博士,特任教授,博士生导师。安徽省杰出青年基金获得者(2018),校神农学者英才计划获得者(2018)。1983年3月出生,湖南醴陵人。2000年9月至2004年6月就读于湖南农业大学植物保护专业,农学学士学位。2004年9月至2009年6月在南京农业大学植物保护学院硕博连读,获植物病理学博士学位。2009年8月至2011年6月在美国犹他大学生物系从事博士后研究。2011年1月作为海外引进人才进入安徽农业大学工作至今。专业是植物病理学,研究成果发表在PlantMolecularBiology,Plant,Cell&Environment和MolecularPlant-MicrobeInteractions等国际学术期刊上。主讲课程:普通植物病理学,植物保护专业外语科研情况:安徽省杰出青年基金,响应激发子SsCut的油菜抗病蛋白鉴定及其作用机制研究,2018-2021,主持国家自然科学面上基金,NbMADS1互作蛋白在核盘菌激发子SsCut诱发植物免疫中的功能及其作用机制研究,2016-2019,主持安徽省自然科学青年基金,核盘菌CUT的激发子活性鉴定及其调控植物抗病性的机理探索,2015-2017,主持教育留学归国人员科研启动基金,CAMTA转录因子调控激发子harpin诱发的气孔关闭的作用机制研究,2013-2015,主持,国家自然科学青年基金,离子通道基因和MADS-box转录因子在激发子harpin诱发的气孔关闭中的作用,2012-2014,主持安徽农业大学引进和稳定人才科研基金项目,主持
