个人简介
1980 年生,博士,教授,博士生导师,安徽省知名专家。2008 年 6 月博士毕业,后于浙江省农业科学院从事食品生物安全污染控制研究,2014 年获浙江省农业科学院科技新秀荣誉称号。2014 年 11 月份作为安徽农业大学高层次引进人才来校工作,从事农产品(食品)中微生物安全方向的科研和教学工作。主要从事食品中有害成分生物脱毒技术基础与应用研究,主持完成科技部国际合作、国家自然科学基金项目、农业部 948 项目等省部级以上科研项目 10 项,2015 年获得安徽省杰出青年基金。近年来,分离筛选到霉菌毒素等各类食品污染物脱毒菌株 60 余株,在各类污染和极端生境中筛选并发表微生物新种 16 株,在食品有害污染物生物降解领域积累了丰富的菌种资源。作为主要参加人申请发明专利 14 项,其中授权专利 7 项。第一作者或通讯作者在 Environ Pollut, Biotechnol Biofuels,JAFC,Front microbiol,ABC,Food Control 等农业与食品主流杂志上发表 SCI 论文 40余篇。2014年11月-至今,安徽农业大学,茶与食品科技学院,教授2011年12月-2014年10月,浙江省农业科学院,农产品质量标准研究所,副研究员2008年07月-2011年11月,浙江省农业科学院,农产品质量标准研究所,助理研究员2008年11月—2011年10月,云南大学,云南微生物研究所,博士后2010/03—2011/05,2012/07—09,2014/08—11,加拿大农业部圭尔夫食品研究中心,访问学者2012年07月—2012年10月,美国特拉华大学和杜邦生物技术公司,高级访问学者
