个人简介
谢兴斌,1983年2月生,山东省聊城人,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。2002~2006年在山东农业大学园艺科学与工程学院学习,获学士学位;2006~2011年在山东农业大学园艺科学与工程学院硕博连读获得农学博士学位;2011~2015年先后在山东农业大学生命科学院和美国俄勒冈州立大学(Oregon State University)从事博士后研究,2015年起在安徽农业大学园艺学院从事果树领域的教学和科研工作。主要从事果实色泽等品质形成与调控机理、果实采后贮藏等研究。主持国家重点研发计划-子课题一项,国家自然科学基金一项,安徽省自然科学基金一项,安徽省归国留学人员创新创业项目一项,安徽农业大学引进与稳定人才科研启动项目一项;并在Plant cell and Environment、Postharvest Biology and Technology、Food chemistry和Journal of the American Society for Horticultural Science等刊物发表十多篇相关科研论文,单篇最高他引180余次。 主讲课程:主要承担本科生《园艺产品营养与健康》、《园艺产品贮运学》等专业课程教学任务,以及《园艺学进展》等研究生课程。主持校级教研项目1项。发表教研论文1篇。
