个人简介

司红起,男,1972.11,博士,教授,硕士生导师1993.9-1997.7山东师范大学生物教育专业学习,同时辅修了生物技术专业相关课程,获理学学士学位;1997.9-2000.7安徽农业大学作物遗传育种专业学习,研究方向是作物品质改良,论文题目是《中国小麦栽培品种中1B/1R易位系的研究》,获农学硕士学位;2002.2-2002.8赴CIMMYT(国际玉米小麦改良中心)参加小麦育种和生物技术培训,小麦遗传育种的理论和技术得到进一步提升;2003.9-2008.7安徽农业大学作物遗传育种专业学习,师从马传喜教授,研究方向为作物品质改良,论文题目是《小麦籽粒多酚氧化酶生化特性及其控制基因的研究》,获农学博士学位;2009.9-2009.10赴瑞典参加“农业生产与种子培育”培训工作;2000.7-安徽农业大学从事作物遗传育种的教学和研究工作,研究方向为小麦品质改良及分子育种。主讲课程:1.讲授过作物育种学总论、作物育种学各论、作物育种生物技术、作物分子育种学、生物信息学Ⅱ、植物组织培养、生物技术概论等本科生课程,高级作物育种学、分子遗传学、数量遗传学、作物学研究新进展等研究生课程。2.《作物育种学各论》多媒体课件,第一完成人,安徽农业大学教学成果优秀奖,2007.123.《作物育种学实验技术》参编,北京:科学出版社,2010.84.《种子生产学实验技术》,副主编,北京:科学出版社,2014科研情况:1.沿淮低洼地作物适应性新品种筛选与选育,国家科技支撑计划(2009BADA6B01)2.小麦2B染色体上多酚氧化酶基因等位变异分析及功能标记开发,安徽省高校自然科学研究重点项目(KJ2011A113)。3.小麦新品种培育与扩繁,科技支撑计划(2011BAD35B03),2011-2015。4.小麦肉桂醇脱氢酶基因等位变异分析及功能标记开发,安徽省自然科学基金(1308085MC35),2013-2015。5.小麦分子设计育种,国家重点研发计划(2016YFD0101802),2016-2020。6.抗病抗逆基因聚合及育种材料创制,国家重点研发计划(2017YFD0100804),2017-2020。获奖情况:1省级审定品种安农0711(皖麦2014002),排名2,安徽省农作物品种审定委员会,2014.09.282授权发明专利(ZL201410149119.5),排名1,国家知识产权局,2015.10.283省级审定品种安农1124(皖麦2016018),排名2,安徽省农作物品种审定委员会,2016.12.21
