个人简介
李培金(PI):博士,特聘教授,博士生导师。新世纪知名专家国家级人选,有突出贡献中青年专家,国务院特殊津贴获得者;安徽省“海外高层次人才计划”入选者,知名学者,安徽省学术和技术带头人后备人选,合肥市B类高层次人才;安徽农业大学学术委员会委员;中国植物学会高级会员;中国科学院植物生理生态研究所分子植物卓越中心“特聘客座研究员”,中国农业科学院生物技术研究所“客座研究员”;教育部学位中心学位论文通讯评议专家,科技部、安徽省、江西省和河北省科技厅项目评审。1996年获安徽大学生物化学学士学位;1999年毕业于安徽农业大学生物工程系,获作物遗传育种专业硕士学位;2007年毕业于中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所“负压室”804组,获遗传学博士学位,主要从事水稻分蘖角度控制基因LA1的克隆和分子机制研究。2007-2015年在英国John Innes Centre细胞与发育生物学系Caroline Dean教授研究组从事博士后和项目研究员工作,主要研究植物花期和春化响应的表观遗传学机理,于2014和2015年分别获得John Innes Centre颁发的突出表现奖和特别津贴。2015年,作为海外高层次引进人才任安徽农业大学特聘教授。近年来主要研究成果分别发表在Science,Genes & Development,Cell Research,Molecular Plant和Theoretical and Applied Genetics等国际主流学术期刊;获国家发明专利3项,2项在实审阶段;参编农业部“十三五”规划教材1部。主讲课程:现代生物科学进展、分子生物学、生物学科研设计与论文写作和基因工程等。在研项目:2018,安徽省学术和技术带头人后备人选资助计划,主持2017,安徽省留学创新项目择优资助计划 重点项目 主持2017,安徽省平台引才工作奖补 主持2017,国家重点研发计划,粮丰工程课题 主持2016,安徽省平台引才工作奖补 主持2016,大学生创新创业项目,省级,张书柳同学主持,李培金指导2016,国家重点研发计划,玉米分子设计育种,子课题 主持2016,国家自然科学基金面上项目,自然反义基因DRYAIR介导干旱调控拟南芥花期的分子机制2015,安徽农业大学海外高层次人才引进启动项目,拟南芥花期调控的分子网络解析 2015,大学生创业训练计划项目,省级,祝巧云同学主持,李培金指导获奖情况:1. 英国John Innes Centre 突出表现奖和特别津贴,20152. 英国John Innes Centre突出表现奖,20143. 第六届中国科协期刊优秀学术论文 2008.12, 一等奖
