个人简介
教授,博士生导师。1999年获东北大学计算机及应用专业学士学位。2001至2003年就读美国俄亥俄州立大学植物病理系,获植物病理学硕士学位。2004至2009年就读美国威斯康星麦迪逊大学植物病理系,获植物病理学博士学位。2009至2016年先后在美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学植物病理系和昆虫系从事博士后研究工作。2016年9月作为海外引进高层次人才进入安徽农业大学植物保护学院工作至今。本课题组:现有2名博士研究生、2名学术型硕士研究生和4名本科生硕士、博士招生:欢迎对植物与病原真菌互作研究有强烈兴趣的人员申请主讲课程:本科生课程:植物病原真菌学、普通植物病理学教学实习、公选课:植物与病害(双语)博士生课程:植物保护分子生物学专题、昆虫分子生物学科研情况:2020-2023,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2018-2021,主持安徽省自然科学基金面上项目2017-2018,主持安徽省平台引才奖补项目2016-2021,主持安徽农业大学引进高层次人才科研启动项目
研究领域
从事植物与病原真菌互作功能基因组学领域的研究,包括效应子生物学和植物免疫学。目前开展马铃薯早疫病菌及小麦全蚀病菌效应子生物学研究,结合采用生物信息学、基因组学、遗传学、分子生物学、生物化学等方法,识别鉴定病原菌效应子、功能分析及其应用,探讨病原菌致病机理,以及识别鉴定植物抗病和感病基因及探寻植物抗病性和感病性分子机制。此研究不仅将为作物抗病育种提供宝贵的抗病资源,而且有助于制定行之有效的诊断、防治作物病害的新策略。
