个人简介
个人简历 苏延森,女,副教授。2014年于华中科技大学获工学博士学位,2014年9月至2017年12月任安徽大学计算机科学与技术学院讲师,2017年12月至今任安徽大学计算机科学与技术学院副教授。现任中国计算机学会生物信息学专业委员会委员、中国电子学会生物计算与生物信息处理专业委员会委员、生物医学数据挖掘与计算专业组委员。主要研究方向包括生物医学大数据挖掘技术、复杂疾病模式挖掘与分析方法、生物数据网络建模及高效分析算法、图挖掘技术及社交网络数据分析等。在《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on NanoBioscience》、《IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems》等杂志上发表SCI检索论文30余篇。先后主持完成国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,省级及教育部重点实验室开放基金2项,安徽大学协同创新项目1项,现主持安徽省高校自然科学研究重点项目1项。 获奖情况 1.2016年获CCF生物信息学会议最佳论文奖2.2017年安徽大学青年教师教学基本功大赛三等奖 科研项目:1. 现主持安徽省高校自然科学研究项目:大数据驱动的复杂疾病早期智慧诊断建模与分析(KJ2019A0029),2020.01-2021.12。2. 主持完成国家自然科学基金青年项目:分子层次上肺癌子型标记物识别的计算模型研究(61502004),2016.01-2018.12。3. 主持完成河南省信息化电器重点实验室开放课题:肺癌诊断与预后相关的生物分子网络的构建与应用(IEA201709),2017.01-2018.12. 教研项目:现主持安徽大学2016年本科教育质量提升计划项目:研究型教学示范课程《离散数学》(ZLTS2016003)
