研究领域
本人主要从事生物催化研究,主要集中研究海洋源的糖苷酶,探索新的酶资源,研究其催化功能。已经发现了海洋起源的一个糖苷酶GH13的新亚家族GH13_37和一个碳水合物结合结构域新家族CBM69。围绕这两个家族,开展其功能机制研究。我们的工作不仅丰富了新型酶资源,而且有望开发出全新的生淀粉快速酶解工艺。
